Japan Lifted Almost All Travel Restrictions on Oct. 11

Almost all travel restrictions related to COVID-19 were lifted on Oct. 11,
now you can travel to Japan almost the same way as before COVID-19

Visa exemption measures are resumed

All travelers are only required to show COVID-19 vaccination certificate* or COVID-19 negative test result*

*A valid COVID-19 Vaccination certificates of three doses of vaccines prescribed on the Emergency Use List of World Health Organization (WHO)

*Pre-departure COVID-19 test must be conducted within 72 hours prior to departure from the original country/region.
