FaW TOKYO Spring 2025 delivered an expansive and dynamic showcase across eight specialised shows, catering to every facet of the fashion industry. From sourcing and textiles to cutting-edge technology and sustainable innovations, the event provided a comprehensive overview of the industry’s future.

New to this edition was the SPORTS FASHION EXPO, celebrating the fusion of sports and fashion, while the WELLNESS / BEAUTY / FUNCTIONAL CLOTHES EXPO returned with a renewed focus on lifestyle-enhancing garments. Other highlights included the SUSTAINABLE FASHION EXPO, FASHION TECH EXPO, and the MADE IN JAPAN EXPORT FAIR, each drawing strong interest from international buyers.

3. Show Highlights


Exclusive on-site features such as the FaW TRND LAB—which attracted 3,278 visitors—and the Manufacturer’s Collection offered curated inspiration and highlighted technical excellence. Interpretation services and dedicated partner matching counters further enhanced business opportunities for international visitors.

This edition also marked a cultural milestone, with South Korea spotlighted as the Theme Country to celebrate 60 years of Japan-Korea diplomatic relations. The dedicated Korea Zone, K-Fashion features, and trend seminars were met with enthusiasm, setting the stage for an expanded presence in the upcoming Autumn edition.
