Q2：How many people can enter the show per Invitation Ticket?
Each invitation ticket allows entry for one person only. For additional tickets, please register from the following link.
Q4：Is the admission badge valid during the exhibition period?
Yes. Once you complete the registration procedures and receive your badge on-site, you are free to leave and re-enter the venue during the 3-day exhibition period.
Q5：Lost the Exhibition Ticket. What should I do?
Please apply for the Exhibition Ticket again from the following website.
Q6：Is a visa necessary to enter Japan?
Show Management does not support VISAs for visitors. Please refer to the "Guide to Japanese Visas" on the website of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan:

Q7：How can I contact exhibitors?
You can contact exhibitors through “Exhibitors & Products Search” which will be released about 2 months before the show.
Q8：How do I get to the venue?

Q9：Are there any hotels near the venue?
Yes. Visit the following hotel information website for details. Please note that almost all of the hotels near the show venue are expected to be fully booked around the show dates.Show Management recommends visitors to book their accommodation for the show in advance.
Q10：Is there free Wi-Fi available at the show?
Please visit the official Big Sight for details about other Wi-Fi services.
Q11：Can I leave my luggage at the venue?
Yes. Cloakrooms and coin lockers are available on-site. Please refer to the floor map of the show venue.
Q12：Can I visit the show with children?
No. This is a B-to-B trade show. Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the show.
